GROUP LICENSING PAYMENTS NOT RELATED TO YOUR NFL CONCUSSION OR PUBLICITY RIGHTS LAWSUITS

There have been many questions about Settlement checks received by a limited number of us.  For your information, those checks are from a case begun by Bernie Parrish against the law firm which represented the Class in the group licensing case against the NFLPA.  Players received payments in that case based upon how many years they were listed as having signed group licensing agreements with the NFLPA.  The current checks should be proportional to the original payments received.  We thank our brothers for those efforts.

These payments have nothing to do with our Concussion lawsuit or the Publicity Rights cases.  Speaking of which, it has been over 3 months and still no word on this “historic deal” that was to “provide quick payments” to us injured former players.  It sounds like the same old tricks as usual for the NFL.

Is there any roster or list where we can go to see how many years their records have us listed for and also the per year listed amount is? As it stands, for me is just a WAG ( wild a** guess ) as my memory isn’t that powerful anymore

    thanks
