I continue to point out that their actions are incompatible with ERISA Law and their own plan documents and are inconsistent with the image they try to project. And Thanks, Maxine Waters, for having the courage to say at the Congressional hearings in Washington DC on Wednesday October 28, 2009, "it is time to remove their anti-trust exemption." We agree!
