Will he make another $5,000,000 in 2009? Does Mr. Kessler or Mr. Berthelsen or Mr. Condon carry more authority with the NFLPA Leadership than their newly-elected Executive Director DeMaurice Smith? What about the extensive and expensive search that was made for Mr. Smith? Why would a person leave their current place of employment for another job and not even know the new terms and conditions? Was Mr. Smith only told a half-truth about this new position? A half truth is still a lie. Is this the reason why Gene Upshaw did not want a replacement? This doesn't make sense but I'm not surprised. This is business-as-usual and a way of life for the NFLPA Leadership. Mr. Smith, please keep your guard up as you negotiate with these rascals. Who's in charge over there at the NFLPA? Is this practice in harmony with the AFL-CIO? So many questions and no answers...
